Packaging Details – Outboard Motors Outboard motor fully inspected, tested, and prepared for shipment prior to dispatch. Engine drained of fuel and fluids where required to comply with international transportation regulations. Mounted securely on a heavy-duty export pallet, steel frame, or marine-grade wooden crate. Powerhead, lower unit, propeller, control systems, and electronic components protected with impact-resistant and moisture-resistant packaging materials. Air intake, fuel connections, and exhaust ports sealed to prevent contamination during transit. Corrosion protection applied to exposed metal components and critical engine parts. Heavy-duty waterproof shrink wrap and marine-grade protective covering included. Shock-absorbing supports and internal bracing used to prevent movement and vibration damage during transport. Propeller and skeg protected with reinforced guards. Engine serial number, model identification, and shipping labels attached for customs clearance and inventory management. Complete export packing list, commercial invoice, inspection report, certificate of origin, and shipping documentation provided.
